About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable individual to take on a dual role combining the responsibilities of a Business Analyst and a Scrum Master. You will engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, analyse and resolve complex business challenges, and lead a Sales and Distribution Scrum team to deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment. You’ll be responsible for driving projects from initiation through to completion, often balancing multiple priorities at once. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys improving team performance, and is eager to continually develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analyst Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignement with business goals and objectives.
- Solve complex business and technical problems, particularly within sales and distribution processes, providing solutions which drive value for the organisation.
- Work across diverse systems and platforms to define and implement effective solutions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, including both legacy and modern platforms.
- Manage full project lifecycles, from inception to delivery and post-implementation support, working wth stakeholders to ensure business needs are met in a timely and efficent manner.
- Handle multiple workstreams, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes, balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Take a hands-on approach throughout all project phases, including requirements gathering and implementation.
Scrum Master Duties
- Facilitate and support agile team processes across our multiple European locations.
- Guide team development, promote accountability, and foster continuous improvement.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove blockers and promote agile best practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Support collaboration across regions, cultures, and time zones.
- Manage timelines, track sprint progress, ensuring the delivery of key milestones and adapt processes to team needs.
Key Skills
Essential
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with successful delivery of projects in sales and distribution.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, with strong knowledge of agile principles and team coaching.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly sales and distribution functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow technical and professional skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Familiarity with CRM or CPQ tools.
- Understanding of financial systems or finance processes.
- Experience working with third-party vendors.
- Flexibility to support both Agile project work and business-as-usual activities.
