The role reports to the Reporting and Budget Manager and is based at LOCATION /COUNTRY. The successful candidate works closely with the Finance Directors and Site Controllers.

Your mission in Eviosys

In this position, you support them with accurate management information, financial analysis and cost control. You ensure that monthly reports (actual, budgets and rolling forecasts) are prepared with accuracy, meeting deadlines and in line with Eviosys Financial Accounting Policy. You validate the completeness of data submissions OTIF using standard checks, aligning different reporting mechanisms e.g. OneStream and Sales Analysis. You ensure the integrity of data submissions using variance analysis and interpretation through business knowledge and relevant questioning. You participate in Sarbanes Oxley audits and Balance Sheet Reviews. You encourage the sharing of best practice to promote a reduced reporting burden and to improve quality of reporting and controls. You hire, train and develop Finance trainees.

About you

We expect you to have a Finance/Accounting background (degree level) with at least 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in one of the big 4 auditing firms.  You are familiar with USGAAP and/or IFRS.  You are a real team-player with excellent communication and persuasive skills. You have strong personal initiative skills and you enjoy working to tight deadlines in a complex and flexible organisation. You possess a comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. OneStream knowledge is a distinct advantage. You are fluent in English and at last 2 other languages.
