General Summary
Based in Nocera Superiore, manages sales of the company’s products and services in all market segments in Southern Italy. Identifies objectives, strategy, and action plans, in agreement with the Commercial Director Italy, to improve short- and long-term sales and EBITDA. Establishes long-lasting and mutually trusting relationships with customers, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and effective implementation of sales strategy.  

Responsibilities
Oversees and directs performance of the Sales Team including Sales Administration 
Coordinates Customer Technical Service activities in agreement with the CTS Manager 
Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price, discounts and other conditions
Maintain regular, high level contacts with customers through regular visits/contacts
Prepares the sales contracts and after having collected the signatures, uploads them to the central group database
Ensure commitments made to customer are monitored and fulfilled throughout the lifetime of the contract.
Implements and develops the group sales strategy to improve Market Share
Develops ideas and plans to ensure revenues growth across all accounts and products 
Support the Regional Marketing activities in cooperation with Central Marketing and Regional Commercial Analyst
Maintains inventory control
Prepares Sales Budget and Rolling Forecasts
Accurately forecasts monthly and quarterly sales and regularly fills Commercial Reports
Prepares in advance and manages regular Sales Meetings
Holds regular meetings with other company functions like Logistics, Operations and Finance 
Support Finance for the timely collection of money from customers and participates regularly in the Credit Control Committee
Attends corporate meetings and video calls
Handles and resolves customer complaints regarding products and services

The Person
Qualifications & Experience
A graduate degree in Economics
Italian native who knows very well Southern Italy culture and habits 
Language skills: Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent)
Ability to design and implement sales strategies, to set targets and achieve them
Ability to guide and mentor sales and sales admin representatives
