About this opportunity

We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administration in our factory in Aprilia (Centre of Italy). This position reports directly to the Sales Administration Manager.

Aprilia Plant is specialized in metal closures mainly for tomato, pickles, sauce & condiments. We also develop and assemble sealing machines for our customers and equipment for the manufacturing of closures in our Centre of Engineering.

The successful candidate will be in charge of:
•    Optimal management of the process from receiving customer orders to fulfilling them, either from sister companies or direct customers, to ensure service and customer satisfaction.
•    Customer order management
•    Identify and  administrate the customer needs for the products ( design, Cap Requirement form, New Item creation,...)
•    Check the consistency of orders with contracts/offers
•    Monitoring of warehouse stocks in cooperation with Logistics and call offs
•    Regularly update and maintain forecasts in the system
•    Exchange information with Sales Managers on customers and market trends


Job Requirements 
For this role we expect you to have:
    High school diploma and/or proven experience in the commercial sector
    Knowledge of foreign languages (English and preferably other European languages)
    Knowledge of computer systems ( Integrated system, Microsoft software)
    Ability to manage critical customer relationships and problem solving
    Good teamwork
