About this opportunity

We currently have a vacancy for a Plant Maintenance Manager in our factory in Aprilia (Centre of Italy).
Aprilia Plant is specialized in metal closures mainly for tomato, pickles, sauce & condiments. We also develop and assemble sealing machines for our customers and equipment for the manufacturing of closures in our Centre of Engineering.

In this role you are responsible to provide an efficient management and planning of the maintenance of the plant production lines and tooling through preventive maintenance.
You cooperate with Plant Process Engineering, Closures Technical Manager and suppliers for the improvement of actual technologies.
You guarantee the good functionality of the production lines according to product changes.
You collaborate, as one of the major responsible, to the spoilage reduction, the improvement of OEE and Quality ensuring the implementation of the agreed actions.

About you
You have a Mechanical Engineering Degree or Technical diploma with a minimum 3/5 years industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
You have a Good experience of manufacturing environment, tooling machines and tin plate technology
You have a safety mind-set, problem-solving, Team working and communication skills.
You speak fluent Italian and you have a good knowledge of English language
